Whosoever

Whosoever – plural as pertaining to any and all people as the circumstances dictate, concerning the elements denoted in the passage, but singular in the application of elements denoted to the individual to whom it qualifies.  

The term occurs 163 times in Scripture: 67 times to Israel in the Old Testament, 68 times to Israel in the gospel accounts, 3 times to Israel in Acts, 7 times to the Body of Christ in the Dispensation of Grace, and 18 times to Israel in the tribulation.

Galatians 5:10 I have confidence in you through the Lord, that ye will be none otherwise minded: but he that troubleth you shall bear his judgment, whosoever he be.
