Complete

Complete – The past participle of fill or finish: An accomplished work; Having all the necessary or appropriate parts.

God only uses this word three times in all of Scripture; once to Israel in Leviticus when giving the Law, and twice to the Body of Christ, which are shown here.

The state of being complete is that there is nothing more that can be done or added to change the state or status of the element.

Colossians 2:10 And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:

Colossians 4:12 Epaphras, who is one of you, a servant of Christ, saluteth you, always labouring fervently for you in prayers, that ye may stand perfect and complete in all the will of God.
