God used this word 3 times in Scripture. Commentaries and concordances say that it is beans and lentiles, but God is clear in II Samuel 17:28 that they are WRONG, it is not; beans and lentiles are listed separately.

Religion, in their ignorance, have redefined the word and teach their corruption; the incorrect meaning. This is a simple corruption, but a corruption all the same. Simply more evidence that you cannot trust religion or presumed public knowledge.
