MakeTo produce, form, or manufacture something from another item, object, or element; To cause something to happen or occur.

God used this word in its various forms and in both senses over 2,700 times in Scripture.

Make and Create are as different as day/night, up/down, light/darkness, heaven/earth: Make and Create are not synonyms.

The obvious example in Scripture is that in Genesis 1, on the sixth day of creation, God Created mankind, men and women at the same time; formed them from nothing.  Then in Genesis 2, well after the end of creation, God Made a person that he named Adam; formed from the dust of the ground.  Then, in the Garden, after Adam had named all of the animals, God made a woman; formed from the rib of Adam.
