This word never appears in Scripture.  The word was coined in the 1650s a.d.

Immoral is the opposite of Moral.  MoralConcerned with the principles of right and wrong behavior and human character.

The problem with Morality is that it is what society has deemed as acceptable standards, which is always in flux and dependent several factors.  Morality is determined according to opinion, location, social status, heritage, customs, traditions, politics, religion, etc. … which are not consistent with Rightly Divided Scripture.

For Israel in time-past, morality was stipulated in the Law of Moses as ordinances; it is codified.  Since we live in the Dispensation of Grace, and we are not under Israel’s Law, God outlined morality in the Gospel of Grace; the books of Romans thru Philemon.
