Circumcise/Circumcision

Circumcise / CircumcisionTo cut, trim, or prune off the foreskin of a human male.

God used this word 146 times in Scripture in its various forms: 70 times to Israel in the Masoretic Text Old Testament; 5 times to Israel in the Koine Greek Old Testament; 6 times to Israel in the transition book of Acts; 5 times to the Body of Christ in the transition book of Acts; and 60 times to the Body of Christ in the Gospel of Grace (Romans thru Philemon).

God used the physical practice of Circumcision as a sign of the covenant that He made with Israel.  According to the law that God gave to Israel, this is to occur on the 8th day of life of the male child.  Any male Israelite over the age of 8-days shall have no God-given inheritance if not Circumcised.

Circumcision is an Israel-only issue.  Circumcision has nothing at all to do with any gentiles or gentile religions (Christianity); they have no God-given inheritance.
