BewitchTo gain control over someone by fascinating attraction or charm.

Bewitch has nothing to do with what people think of concerning magic, sorcery, or witchcraft.

God used this word 3 times, all in the past-tense: twice to Israel in the transition book of Acts 8:9-11, wherein God stipulated that the method of fascination was sorcery; and the third usage was to the Body of Christ in Galatians 3:1 where are warned about preachers of religion.

Today, the preachers of Christianity are still using charm to fascinate and attract people away from God.  And driven by an emotional response, great masses of people are being bewitched.
